The Kitchen Area in the Adventurer has been designed to give maximum working area and functionality. With plenty of bench top, loads of cupboard space, all the modern appliances, and even outdoor cooking / fridge facilities, you will enjoy stress free meal preparation, no matter how far from civilisation you are.

Sinks are made from quality stainless steel, and mounted underneath the benchtop for added hygiene purposes. This also allows water to drain from the hand crafted and recessed wet area / drain slots in the benchtop itself.

Benchtops are made from the very high quality LG Hi-Macs material. It is a non-porous material, making it one of the most hygienic surfaces on the market today. In addition, it is totally heat resistant and can be easily sanded and polished if scratched.

Taps include a hot and cold flick mixer for general use, and an optional drinking water tap, which is plumbed into a separate water tank.

Drawers and Cupboards are comprised of highest quality materials, fixtures and fittings. Imported from Europe, overhead cabinets are lightweight and have curved fronts, giving a greater sense of space and aesthetic appearance. These overheads use Ferrari stays and high quality SLR non-opening compression latches.

Kitchen drawers use the Harn Triomax System, and consist of an extremely high quality unit and running system, with a self-soft close function. These drawers also use the SLR non opening compression latch.

Refrigerator - The Adventurer comes with a 150 litre VirtiFrigo Compressor Fridge as standard. It is located next to the kitchen bench in the 'central column of appliances'. This column runs from floor to ceiling, and with the 150L fridge can also contain a grill / oven, and a microwave. A 230 litre Vitrifrigo fridge is also available as an option, but the larger size means the oven has to be re-located under the kitchen bench.

Oven / Grill - A Smev stainless steel oven / grill is available as an option. The gas powered unit is perfect for cooking a wide variety of meals, has electric 12V ignition, and is easy to clean. Other units may also be available on request.

Microwave - The Adventurer comes with a household microwave as standard. Various other microwaves are available as an option, including convection models.

Gas Cooktop - A 3 burner 'Smev' stainless steel gas cooktop is standard in the Adventurer. This unit has electronic ignition and flame failure protection. It has a glass lid which can be utilised as extra bench space when not using the gas burners. Various other cooktops / oven units may be available as an option.

Diesel Cooktop - The 'Webasto' Diesel Ceramic cooktop allows for cooking without the use of gas. It utilises diesel fuel, and has an integrated diesel burner, eliminating the need for an open flame. The Ceramic cooktop has enough room for 2 small to medium pots and is very robust and easy to clean.

A complete diesel package can also be installed so you don't need gas at all. This includes water heater, space heater and ceramic cooktop.

Range Hood - A Dometic 12 volt stainless steel range hood is standard on the Adventurer. This unit features a powerful 2 speed fan which is integrated with the roof dome for better air flow, more power, and quieter operation. The unit also has two 10 watt halogen lights, and a removable / washable filter.

Drawer Freezer - This optional 75 litre Vertifrigo drawer freezer gives you loads of storage for extended isolated travel. Its drawer configuration allows for easy access and the 12/24 volt unit is very efficient.
