The Adventurer is designed for long periods of travel and free camping, and has a power supply system to match. The main truck batteries feature 2 x batteries on a 24V circuit, and the house batteries use 4 x 6 volt deep cycle batteries on a 12V circuit.
Inverter - An optional inverter is almost a necessity for an off road vehicle such as the Adventurer. Available from 1200 Watt and up to 3000 Watt, the Victron Energy inverter converts 12 volt power to 240 volt power, and allows you to use appliances such as the Air Conditioner, Microwave, Washing machine, Refrigeration Compressor, etc. The higher Watt units provide even more 'start up power' which is generally required by these appliances.

Solar System - The Adventurer can utilise up to 3 x 130 watt solar panels on its roof, supplying up to 30 Amps of charge to the house batteries. The Kyocera panel is of the highest quality, and utilises highly efficient multicrystal photovoltaic modules, to produce a massive 16% + conversion efficiency rate. They are all controlled via a LCD Regulator and monitoring system.

Generator - A generator is a wise option for Adventurer, as it converts fuel to supply directly to the 240V power points and to recharge the house battery system. Various sized Honda models are available including wireless start. The unit can also be mounted on a slide inside a hatch for ease of operation and access.

Led Lighting - This source of lighting is by far the most efficient and effective form of lighting in an RV application. LED lights are used extensively in the Adventurer, from all external Lamps to interior downlights and reading lamps.

Switchboard and Monitoring Systems - All appliances and circuits can be controlled or isolated individually via the main resettable circuit breaker switchboard. All items are backlit for clear visibility and a simple switch operation ensures you are running what you need to.

The main control panel wall also holds the battery and tank monitor. This single unit is programmable to monitor the truck batteries, the house batteries, and all four water tanks at the press of a button.

If you have a diesel heater installed, you will also find the fully programmable LCD wall monitor here.

External Power Points - Additional 240V and 12V power points can be installed on the outside of the vehicle so you can power various appliances with ease. An external TV outlet is also available for the operation of an additional TV.

Superior Electrical Protection - As in all SLR vehicles, ALL electrical wiring is protected by conduit throughout the entire length of the wire - not just where it passes through a section of the frame. This negates the chance of any wire wearing thru and creating a short in the circuit.

Redarc Transformer - A Redarc transformer converts the trucks 24V system into 12V.
