The Premium 1900 is specifically engineered for Australian off road conditions.

The main Chassis itself is manufactured from 150mm x 50mm x 3.5mm galvanised RHS steel. The body frame has its own sub chassis, which is integrally welded to the main chassis so the caravan is one complete structure.

After the interior goes in and the SLR Composite fibreglass panels are laminated onto the frame, this structure has amazing strength. The front / roof / rear is made from a one piece fibreglass panel, with no joins - resulting in no leaks. The van is capped off with polished aluminium extrusions and checker plate.
